How does the free trial work?
The free trial will allow you to watch the 5 Line content for free, for 7 days. You can cancel anytime and if you cancel before the end of the trial you won't be charged. To start your trial head here: subscriptions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel anytime in your content dashboard under “account”. If you cancel
before your next invoice date you will not be charged.
What training program is right for me or where should I start?
To find out where to start we recommend taking our quick quiz here. After completion you will receive an email with your recommended line and feedback, telling you exactly where to start and what to focus on.
How do I get access to the coaches and feedback?
You can receive feedback from our coaches anytime by posting your question or uploading your surf video on the community site here. You can also post comments below each video if there is something you are not sure about, and our coaches will get back to you.
If you want personalised in-person coaching sessions with our pros please make a booking at SurfLab HQ.
We will also be running live Q&As from time to time where you can directly ask our pros your questions.
How do I get in touch with SurfLab?
The best way to connect with SurfLab is via the community where our team and coaches monitor the chat feed daily. You can also access this on the app.
