Our 3 Day Workshop is designed for surfers progressing through Lines 2–4 who are ready to refine technique, improve consistency, and make measurable progress in the water.
Built around the SurfLab 5 Lines Method, this immersive training experience focuses on developing your ability to read wave energy, generate speed, turn with control, and link movements with greater flow.
Across three days, you’ll move through a structured combination of in-water coaching, video analysis, surf skate training, breathwork and performance sessions - helping you build a deeper understanding of how your body moves both in the ocean and on land.
This is not just about catching more waves. It’s about learning how to move with intention.
