Our 2 Day Line 1 Workshop is designed for surfers at the beginning of their progression - those catching a mix of whitewash and green waves, and ready to move beyond simply standing up.
Over two days at SurfLab HQ, you’ll build the right technical foundations to progress efficiently in the water, developing the core skills needed to catch better waves, generate your own speed, and feel more confident in the lineup.

Popping up and surfing stance
Effective paddling, turtle rolls & surfboard handling
Reading wave energy and surf etiquette
Generating your own speed
